Dear Friends,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of my friends for their friendship.
Thanking my friends is something that I need to do more often. Why is it so hard to say thank you? Is it because we already assume our friends know that? If they already know it, why is it so hard to say it? After speaking with a friend of mine tonight, I began to realize how valuable a friendship can be. Losing a friend could possibly be one of the worst things in the world. It is one thing to lose someone you are in a romantic relationship with, a grandparent, even a parent, but to lose a friend would be absolutely miserable (yes, I believe a person can have more than one title such as parent/friend, especially as the child grows up and becomes an adult and if you are in a romantic relationship, I hope you can consider that person your friend too).
THANK YOU Friends!!!! You have been there for me and always will. I would not be the person I am today without any of you. You all continue to challenge me in many ways to help me grow as a person. I may not always act like I enjoy the challenges, especially if I initially disagree. But I always go home and think about it, respect anothers opinion, and almost always learn something of great value from it!
THANKS!!!
Daniel Heier
